After 22 years of service in the U.S. Army—retiring as a Sergeant First Class and completing two deployments to Iraq—I’ve traded combat boots for studio monitors and stepped into the creative world of sound. Years of discipline, attention to detail, and mission-focused work shaped my military career, and those same qualities now drive everything I create behind the console.

I’m currently completing my Bachelor of Science in Audio Production at Full Sail University, where I’ve been refining the craft of turning sound into storytelling. My passion lives at the intersection of precision and creativity—designing immersive audio for film and television, building believable worlds through foley, and shaping projects as a supervising sound editor. At Studio Hijinx, I believe great audio should feel a little bit magical… and maybe just a little mischievous.

The name Studio Hijinx reflects how I approach the craft: creative experimentation backed by professional polish. It’s about exploring sound, bending expectations, and having a little fun in the process—while still delivering work that’s clean, intentional, and production-ready. In short: mischief, mastered.

Beyond production, I’m also pursuing voice-over work for video games, animation, and audiobook narration. There’s something special about giving a voice to characters and stories, and I love the challenge of bringing personality and authenticity into every performance.

Outside the studio, I’m a proud husband to my high school sweetheart, Krystal—we’ve been married for 27 years—and an even prouder father to our two daughters, Hailey and Tallie. They’ve supported every step of this journey, from military service to this new creative mission.
